SUBSTANCE: course exposure of prostate gland to electromagnetic radiation is carried out after endorectal inductor introduction. After inductor introduction correction of said radiation parametres is realised depending on dynamics of change of hemodynamics indices in area surrounding prostate gland. As hemodynamics indices, area of photoplehysmogram S, obtained from photoelectric sensor installed on inductor case surface, pulse wave amplitude, dichrotic wave index, ripple factor index are used. Device for realising method of magnetic therapy of patients with prostatitis contains successively connected control unit, audio amplifier and inductor. Inductor is made with possibility of introduction into patient's rectum. It has sensor, amplifier, connected with filter of low frequencies. Phitoelectric sensor is installed on inductor case surface and is connected to amplifier inlet. Outlet of filter of low-frequencies is connected to control unit inlet.

EFFECT: adaptive change of frequency range and intensity of electromagnetic radiation depending on change of microcirculation parametres in place of exposure during treatment process.
