SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, urology, andrology and can be used in medical and health resorts in the treatment of chronic prostatitis (CP) complicated by erectile dysfunction (ED). That is ensured by exposure to a high-intensity pulsed magnetic field in the pelvic floor with frequency uniformly varying from 1 to 150 Hz for 60 seconds, followed by pause for 60 seconds and further repetition of such an alternating mode of exposures and pauses during the whole procedure. Intensity value on the surface of the applicator coil varies in the following mode: during the first procedure, the magnetic induction intensity is 700 mT, second is 1,000 mT, third is 1,500 mT, fourth is 2,000 mT, during the fifth to tenth procedures — 2,500 mT, wherein the duration of the first procedure is 15 minutes, the duration of each subsequent procedure is 28 minutes, course is 10 procedures performed every second day.

EFFECT: invention provides correction of combined functional disorders, improved quality of life of patients with CP complicated by ED, improvement, recovery of hormonal status of patients, with no side effects without additional use of drugs and other methods of exposure, as well as maintaining the achieved clinical effect for up to 12 months by improving microcirculation, hormonal status, anti-inflammatory and analgesic action.
