FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry. Casting is implemented into casting mold, containing chamber for ingot formation and cavity for forming of pattern, anastomose. Before the begging of casting into standard casting mold it is installed built-up insertion piece, height of which is 0.3 - 0.5 of casting mold height, consisting of two half-bats, forming cavity for forming of pattern and sprue opening. Sprue opening converged in direction of cavity, forming pattern, herewith correlation of bottom and top areas of sprue opening is 0.5 - 0.75.

EFFECT: it is provided receiving of reliable patterns for definition of gas content and mechanical properties of pigs, it is reduced sampling manufacturing content, it is improved quality control of pig over a period of all the casting process.
