FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a furnace autoclave 1, a pouring autoclave 2 connected by a shutoff device 3 with an integral gas tight gate 4. The pouring autoclave 2 is disconnected by a gas tight gate 5. A feed pipe 6 is secured to the bottom part of a tray 7 of a mould 8. In a capsule 9 at "high execution" the ingots are poured (slabs, shaped castings), bi-metal and three-layer ingots out of two or three grades of alloys, as well as conventional ingots. The furnace autoclave 1 is made with an induction furnace 12.
EFFECT: significantly increased device capacity.
