FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal deformation process and can be used during the manufacturing of details made of formed sections. Method includes section feeding to division position of formed section firmly, restricting its feeding, gradual division of section for blanks by means of movable and immovable cutters of dividing device of formed section and punching. Simultaneously with punching it is implemented blank alignment, which is implemented in punch with matrix by means of punch pin. Mentioned rest is installed in punch. After dividing of formed section blank transported by means of supply master from the division position to the position of punching and alignment, the distance between which is chosen multiple to blank length, blank is fixed by two catercornered to alternate angles in matrix on implemented in it eminences, height of which are implemented depending on deformation value of two different alternate angles of blank. After punching and alignment and completed part removal from punch pin it is left on mentioned support with providing of location the following blank by means of supply master initially at the position of punching and alignment and feeding of completed part into transporting tray.
EFFECT: division of section, punching and alignment is implemented per one run of press ram, that simplify division process and increases manufacturing capability.
