FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: binding agent used for preparing hot and cold asphalt concrete mixes includes oil bitumen and thinner. Oil-containing fluids are used as thinner; they are natural surface oil ingresses which represent production residuals of underground mines when producing diamonds, and include 10-12 wt % of saline water containing 39.4 g/l of mineral salts, and mainly potassium and calcium chlorides, at the following component ratio of binding agent, wt %: oil bitumen 50-95, and the above oil-containing fluids 5-50. Binding agent is prepared by usual mixing of bitumen with t°=90-100°C with oil-containing fluids with t°=20°C in blade mixer during 3 minutes.

EFFECT: possible production of asphalt concrete used for automobile roads of I and II categories, and use of oil-containing fluids will allow solving the problem concerning environmental region safety.
