FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction materials industry, and can be used namely for producing wall blocks. Raw mixture used for producing ash concretes includes the following, wt %: portland cement M400 - 24.10-24.15, river sand - 73.00-73.07, liquid glass made from microsilica with density of 1.38 g/cm3 - 1.50-1.52 of portland cement mass, Omskaya TETs-5 hydraulic removal ash - 9.8-10.0 of portland cement mass, and water to water/cement 0.5. In preparation method of the above raw mixture, ash after having been dried at temperature of 105°C during 3 hours till constant mass appears is subject to milling in ball mill during 1.5 hour, liquid glass is mixed with water, and then all the components are mixed in forced concrete mixer during 2-3 minutes. As per the other version ash after having been dried as described above is subject to milling in ball mill during 1.5 hour together with liquid glass in dry condition in the form of granules and portland cement M400, and then the obtained mixture is mixed with sand and water in forced concrete mixer during 2-3 minutes.
EFFECT: improving concrete strength and utilising heavy waste products.
