FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction materials industry using devices and means of small-scale mechanisation of industrial brick calcinators of continuous and periodic action. In manufacturing method of large-sised ceramic items, as per the first version of invention, which relates to manufacture of a house or another building from clay, and during construction process, there made are blind or through cavities from inside throughout the thickness of the wall and ceiling of clay building; those cavities are closed on the outside with non-flammable material; window, door and other openings are closed and burnt from inside till there is ceramic condition by providing hot gas penetration into cavities and uniform warming-up of the item thickness. In manufacturing method of large-sised ceramic items, as per the second version of invention, which relates to manufacture of large-sised blocks, bricks, and floor slabs, there made are blind or through cavities throughout the item thickness, which are closed from above with non-flammable material; the item is located so that cavities are arranged from below above the fire, so that the item takes the form of furnace crown, and is burnt by providing hot gas penetration into cavities and uniform warming-up of the item thickness.

EFFECT: simplifying airbrick shaping process, and speeding up the process of burning thereof due to providing the access of heated air to cavities made in the item.
