FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacturing method of construction heat-insulating ceramic material. Manufacturing method of heat-insulating ceramic material involves charge preparation, shaping of workpieces, drying and burning. Charge used for manufacturing heat-insulating ceramic material contains the following components, wt %: clay - 25.5-40.0; combustible additive - 25.0-46.5; sand - 5-20; and water - the rest. Wood wastes used as combustible additives are pre-crushed, and before being introduced into the charge, they are subject to additional crushing in acid suspension with the medium pH 2-3, which is obtained by being diluted with water till S:L=1:10 of packing clay; and then, moisture content of crushed wood wastes is brought to the value of not more than 70%. Suspension is prepared based on packing clay of the following composition, wt %: crushed Cambrian clay - 40.0-50.0; phosphoric acid (or phosphoric acid mixed with sulphuric acid in the ratio 1:0.1 to 1:0.2) - 5.0-10.0; and water - the rest.
EFFECT: improving thermal and strength properties of heat-insulating ceramic material.
