FIELD: biology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed strain of actinomycete Streptomyces lucensis All Russian Collection of Industrial Microorganisms Ac-1743 is extracted from the Streptomyces lucensis Arcamone et al. 1957 VKM Ac-1737 strain through multiple-stage extraction. Overall inhibition activity towards pancreatic pig α-amylase is 2000-3700 IU/cm3, α-amylase Bacillus subtilis - 220-400 IU/cm3, malt α-amylase 40-70 IU/cm3, enzyme complex - α-amylase, glucoamylase, maltase, dextrinase Aspergillus niger - 1000-1300 IU/cm3, glucoamylase Aspergillus awamori - 1000-1500 IU/cm3.
EFFECT: strain is characterised by high inhibition activity towards glycosidase of different origins.
