FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas producing industry and can be implemented in boring equipment, particularly in devices designed for cutting openings in casing columns of vertical, directional and horizontal wells. The device consists of a wedge-deflector, of a spacing part and of a support connected with the spacing part by a shear pin, wherein there is inserted a screw thread die with a slot corresponding to a lug on the spacing part. A bracket is assembled on the deflecting part of the wedge-deflector whereon a two-sectional mill is secured equipped with a draw holder; the upper section of the mill has an armoured face for milling the bracket. The invention facilitates creating higher axial loads at fastening the deflecting device and also it facilitates its re-setting or removing in case of untimely jamming in an unplanned place.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of hard alloyed equipment of roller cutters of bore bits.
