FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: equipment for operational demonstration of deflector and mill-reamer designed for cutting port in casing outside drill well consists of wedge-deflector, of spacing part and of support tied with spacing part. Also, the spacing part is connected to the support with a sheared elements, while the mill reamer is connected with the deflecting part of the wedge-deflector. An extension stem secured in the support in the pipe holder is connected to an upper edge of the casing. Inside the extension stem of the casing there slides a tubular piston with internal and external sealing elements; the internal sealing element of the tubular piston contacts external surface of a driven shaft, while the external sealing element contacts internal surface of the extension stem of the casing. The rotation drive of the mill-reamer consists of a threaded coupling, and of interconnected torsion and driven shafts transferring torque to a driven part of the mill-reamer.
EFFECT: demonstration of operation of deflecting device and resource of mill-reamer, prevention of emergencies and reduced cost of deflecting device and mill-reamer.
