FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of heat insulation of pipelines. In method for manufacture of foamed or blown casing for flexible heat insulated pipeline mixture is made of granulated material based on polyethylene and granulated material based on polyethylene, to which expanding additive is mixed in the form of hollow balls, at that mixture is placed in extruder, melted in it, and melt is extruded in the form of pipe and foamed or blown in process of exiting or after exiting from extrusion nozzle, at that ratio of granulated material based on polyethylene and granulated material on the basis of polyethylene, to which expanding additive is mixed, is between 90:10 and 99:1.

EFFECT: improved performance characteristics.
