FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of pre-insulated pipes. Proposed line comprises pipe feed unwinder, straightener, heat-insulation material feeder and mixer, extruder, extrusion head and cooling bath. Note here that feeder and mixer assy is equipped with multi-channel conditioning system arranged in extrusion head and provided with two or more channel system with foaming heat-insulating material feed channels and coils with circulating coolant covering said channels. The line comprises rotary gaging device arranged ahead of cooling bath to form helical shape of outer pipe protective shell. Revolving gage is equipped with device for coolant feed from cooling bath onto said outer shell. Note here that outlet of foaming heat-insulating material feed channels is located behind the revolving gage.
EFFECT: higher production stability, efficiency and quality of pipes.
