FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed flexible pipe consists of at least one inner pipe, one outer pipe and heat-insulating layer from polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam arranged between aforesaid inner and outer pipes. Note that hollow balls are added to aforesaid foam in the amount of 0.1% to 7.5% by weight. Note also that aforesaid balls are furnished with thermoplastic synthetic material and filled with medium which, at higher temperature, facilitates inflating balls enclosure. Invention covers also the method of producing water supply pipe wherein hollow balls are added to polyol, isocyanate, foaming substance or mix of polyol, and foaming substance isocyanate in mixing chamber.
EFFECT: higher pipe flexibility.
