FIELD: physics, measurements.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device relates to testing equipment. In compliance with this invention, to create required rarefaction in vacuum chamber, the proposed plant incorporates a system of evacuation consisting of forvacuum and cryosorption pumps. The vacuum chamber features an axial duct accommodating a heat source. The analysis is performed by determining pressure differential on the cylindrical specimen wall in stationary conditions of heat exchange with ambient medium at known heat flow energy. The heat flow directed perpendicular to the specimen inner and outer surfaces is created by heat source accommodated inside the vacuum chamber axial duct.

EFFECT: increased validity of results obtained in testing powder-vacuum and shield-vacuum heat insulation provided for by possibility to create required vacuum and recording cylindrical specimen incoming heat flow.
