FIELD: physics, education.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to educational instruments intended for demonstration of optical events that make is possible to vary both parametres of light wave and modes of color scale. This result is provided by the fact that device, according to invention, comprises holders, screen with slot, optical elements, light source. Holders are arranged as L-shaped, vertical part of which is arranged in the form of "П"-shaped frame with vertical stands, in which either optical elements are fixed or polychromatic light source equipped with switch and arranged in the form of circuit board with L-shaped location of five naked light diodes. At that four diodes are installed vertically, three of them with narrow spectral band with maximum of radiation in different areas of spectrum and one with broad spectral band of radiation. The fifth light diode of arbitrary radiation spectrum is located horizontally on the same level with light diode by wide spectral band of radiation. Stands of "П"-shaped frame and basis of L-shaped holder are equipped with magnet strips, and all light diodes are energised along single cable with plugs in the ends.
EFFECT: creation of educational instruments intended for demonstration of optical events and making it possible to vary both parametres of light wave and modes of color scale.
