FIELD: physics, acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: method includes transformation of musical notation in the first graphical image in coordinate axes "time-tone pitch" and its visualisation on screen of system, vocal performance of specified piece of music by user, its sound recording and digital transformation of record. On transformed digital record during every interval of time that corresponds to sounding of separate note of music, multiple calculations are carried out for value of frequency of main tone of music vocal performance by user, prepared values are used to build the second graphical image of music vocal performance by user in coordinate axes of "time-tone pitch". The first and second graphical images are compared, and points of mismatch are detected between the second graphical image and the first graphical image, which are used to assess quality of music vocal performance by user at least for the time that corresponds to sounding of every separate note of music piece.
EFFECT: realisation of accurate documented analysis of music vocal performance.
