SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to galvanochemistry, specifically to gel-electrolytes for various electrochemical devices including lithium-polymeric accumulators, primary lithium current sources, super condensers, electrochromic displays. According to the invention liquid polymerised composition for preparation of gel-electrolytes contains reactive mixture including polyester of aliphatic unsaturated acid with end double links and nonaqueous solution of lithium salt. In this composition mixture contains as polyester of aliphatic unsaturated acid the polyester-urethane-diacrylates with general formula of [R1-(CH2CH2COOC2H4O)N-OCNH-]2R2, polyester-diacrylates with general formula of R1(CH2CH2COOC2H4O-)NOC-CH=CH2, where R1-CH2=CHCOOC2H4O and R2-C6H10CH2C6H10, (CH2)6, C6H3(CH3) and crown ethers. In this mixture quantity of polyesters and crown ethers in nonaqueous solution of lithium salt is 15-20 wt %, and mass ratio of polyesters and crown ethers is equal to 1:0.05-1:0.12.

EFFECT: providing increased strength of solid electrolytes, increased volume conductance of thin-film gel-electrolytes, lowered resistance of charge transfer at electrode-electrolyte border and stability of electric characteristics, production process simplification and cheapening.
