Device comprises unit of data transfer that consists of parallel code transformer into serial one, transducer of binary code in code with three conditions, modulator, transmitter of data and clock pulse generator and unit of data reception comprising data receiver, demodulator, shaper of triple code, unit of clock signal separation, unit of errors correction, unit of erasure duration control, transducer of triple code into binary one and transducer of serial code into parallel one.
EFFECT: increased throughput capacity and noise immunity of communication line.
