FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio transmission systems and radio reception of encoded visual, audio and other messages. To solve this task, radio communication system further includes unit for generating ultra-wideband video pulses, ultra-wideband radio pulses generator, amplitude detector, filtration and amplification unit, comparator, RS-trigger, time selection information decoding unit, unit of criterial processing, circular buffer with parallel unloading and synchroniser, and device also includes encoding information interface, data buffer and encoder.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing more reliable protection of transmitted information.
