FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: part of chicken eggs formulated are boiled, peeled and chopped, raw onions are cut and browned in margarine. Potatoes and parsley roots are cut and blanched; spring onions and herbs are cut and frozen. Sorrel and spinach are frozen and chopped, meat is cut, wheat flour is browned. Listed components are mixed with sour cream, table salt, bitter black pepper and bay leaf. The resultant mixture and bone broth are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
