FIELD: tobacco products.
SUBSTANCE: method includes cacao shell extraction by liquid carbon dioxide with corresponding miscella separation, mixing of the tobacco materials with non-polar liquefied gas; its extraction and blending together with periodical depressurising in the extraction mixture to lower the pressure of the moist steam of the extract at the extraction temperature; separation of miscella and oil meal; slurring the oil meal in the aqueous solution of edible acid; introducing of edible polyalcohol in the liquor; its forming, drying till residual humidity of 13-15%; cutting and steeping in gas-liquid tobacco extract and separated CO2 miscella with simultaneous pressure increase; depressurising to atmospheric pressure with simultaneous freeing of soaked carbon dioxide and its distillation to obtain in the remnant the target product.
EFFECT: shortening the duration of technological process and obtaining reconstituted tobacco with improved organoleptical properties.
