METHOD OF RECONSTITUTED TOBACCO OBTAINMENT Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A24B3/14 

FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves cocoa bean husk extraction by liquid carbon dioxide with separation of respective miscella, tobacco material mixing with non-polar liquefied gas, material extraction and grinding over recurring release of pressure in extraction mix below saturated extragent vapour pressure at extraction temperature, separation of miscella and oil cake, oil cake suspension in aqueous solution of acid salt of polybasic edible acid, addition of polyatomic edible alcohol to the suspension, suspension moulding, drying up to residual humidity of 13-15%, cutting, soaking in fluid gas extract of tobacco and separated CO₂ miscella along with pressure build-up, pressure release up to atmospheric pressure along with freezing of imbibed carbon dioxide, and carbon dioxide distillation to obtain target product in residues.

EFFECT: reduced duration of technological process, obtainment of reconstituted tobacco with improved organoleptic properties.
