FIELD: tobacco products.
SUBSTANCE: roasted coffee is extracted with liquid carbon dioxide and respective miscella is separated. The tobacco material is mixed up with liquid carbon dioxide, extracted and shredded by relieving periodically the pressure in the extraction mixture below the pressure of carbon dioxide moist steam at extraction temperature. The miscella and meal are separated. The obtained miscellas are joined together. The meal is suspended in an aqueous solution of an edible acid. An edible polyatomic alcohol is introduced into the suspension. Then the suspension is formed, dried to a residual humidity of 13-15% and cut. The cut material is treated with the miscellas mixture by raising simultaneously the pressure. Then the pressure is relieved to atmospheric one by freezing simultaneously the soaked carbon dioxide and the latter is sublimated thereafter to obtain a target product in the residue.
EFFECT: shortening the duration of technological process and obtaining reconstituted tobacco with improved organoleptical properties.
