FIELD: tobacco products.

SUBSTANCE: roasted coffee is extracted by non-polar liquefied gas to obtain the specified extract. The tobacco material is mixed up with liquid carbon dioxide and undergoes extraction. Then the tobacco material is shredded by relieving periodically the pressure in the extraction mixture below the pressure of carbon dioxide moist steam at extraction temperature. After that miscella and oil meal are separated. The oil meal is slurred in the water solution of edible polycarboxylic acid, edible polyatomic alcohol is introduced in the liquor. The liquor is formed, dried till residual humidity of 13-15%, cut and steeped in gas-liquid roasted coffee extract and separated CO₂ miscella with simultaneous pressure increase, depressurising to atmospheric pressure with simultaneous freezing of soaked carbon dioxide and its distillation is carried out to obtain in the remnant the target product.

EFFECT: improvement of reconstituted tobacco organoleptical properties, decrease of technological process duration.
