SUBSTANCE: method of frame manufacturing involves use of flat foamed polyethylene sheet as source material with width b, cutting substrate of defined external contour, including cutting hole for wall fixation unit, cutting n holes along perimetre at some distance from the edge, n=4+k, where k is any positive integer, with recurrent or non-recurrent or alternating geometrical figure contours, or stylised images, creatures, items, animals, plants, fairytale, cartoon or movie characters. Outer hole edges oriented towards substrate centre form dotted rectangular contour along its perimetre, correlated to kid's drawing or photo format. Superimposed frame of c width is cut out source material, with outer contour matching outer contour of substrate, and inner contour of rectangular or round or oval form, with overlap towards frame centre, allowing superimposed frame to press drawing or photo to substrate, and with holes along frame perimetre, matching substrate holes in positioning and contours. Further inserts are cut out of source material of d=b+c width and colour different from superimposed frame colour, with contour similar to substrate holes, and cross-section size h within f<h≤l.5f, where f is cross-section size of substrate hole. Superimposed frame is placed onto substrate to fit matching holes in them together, and inserts of similar contour are inserted into holes.

EFFECT: wall frames of original shapes, various colours, light weight and safety.
