FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to thoracic surgery, can be used in oesophagoplasty for associated postburn strictures of oesophagus and a stomach. The surgery starts with midline laparotomy followed with recovering the continuity of gastrointestinal tract. It implies mobilisation of spleen, tail of pancreas and stomach on lesser curvature and greater curvature herewith preserving branches of left gastroepiploic artery. Cicatrix-changed antral stomach is resected. A tube is cut out from greater curvature of stomach. The tube additionally includes distal gastric stump with a segment of lesser curvature thus forming L-shaped stalk thereafter delivered is retrosternal or intrapleural direction to neck. The stalk is joined with proximal end of oesophagus. Retrocolic gastroenteroanastomosis is applied with terminal end of gastric stump.

EFFECT: method allows reducing operative injuries, improving life quality of the patients due to formation of antireflux oesophagogastroanastomosis, preserved physiological food passages within digestive system in both strictures, eliminated duodenogastric reflux.
