FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing esophagus extirpation. The esophagus is formed with isoperistaltic stalk taken from the greater curvature of the stomach. The stalk is placed in the posterior mediastinum. Esophagogastric anastomosis is created between the inferior one third of the stomach transplant and abducent portion of the jejunum. EFFECT: enabled esophagoplasty in the cases of pyloric and pyloroduodenal stenoses.
