FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for formation of artificial esophagus. Superior-median laparotomy, saggital diaphragmotomy, left-side cervicotomy are performed. Esophagus is mobilised, transected on neck and brought down into abdominal cavity, esophagus is cut off from stomach and esophagus is ablated. After stomach mobilisation additionally gastrocolic ligament is dissected and communicating vessels, communicating between right gastroepiploic artery and branches of middle colic artery, are transected. Entire stomach is passed through posterior mediastinum. Stomach is fixed on neck with application of esophagogastric anastomosis on neck.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce transplant tension without damaging its blood supply.
