SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to cancer surgery, and can be used in cancer-caused subtotal gastrectomy. Distal subtotal gastrectomy with lymphodissection D2 is followed with gastroduodenoanastomosis fixation ensured by anastomosis peritonisation by application of tissue over the anterior semicircumference of gastroduodenoanastomosis thereafter sutured along the anastomosis line. Herewith mesocolon is involved with suturing to the left and to the right from the fistula. At first lower edge of anastomosis and base fragment of mesocolon are consistently connected that is followed with suturing with a space from previous stitches until upper edge of gastroduodenal fistula is coupled with distal part of mesocolon.

EFFECT: method allows reducing rate of gastroduodenoanastomosis suturing inconsistency ensured by additional isolation with covering the fistula area, reducing operative injuries due to that there is no need to detach peritoneum from duodenum wall or to cross and mobilise round ligament of liver, as well as reducing operation length and simplifying suturing fixation technique of gastroduodenal anastomosis, extending possibilities of gastroduodenoanastomosis fixation technique ensured by absence of influence of anatomic features of alimentary organs on peritonisation technique.
