FIELD: medicine, particularly, surgery. SUBSTANCE: this method includes such steps as resection of stomach, suturing of duodenum stump and application of gastroenteroanastomosis. This method prescribes directing proximal line of resection along boundary of anthral section at right angles to stomach longitudinal axis on side of smaller curvature along length of 2 to 3 cm and then along larger curvature towards point of attachment of gastrosplenic ligament and then fixing adductor loop of jejunum with turning it at angle of 60 to 80 deg and molding longitudinal fold.
