FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making stomach resection of Billroth-II type. Tube is formed from greater curvature. Incision is carried out on antimesenteric surface of the jejunum. Submucous bases of the gastric tubes are sutured. Corrugating sutures are put in allover anastomosis circumference. Seromuscular envelopes boundaries of jejunum and gastric tube are sutured together. Seromuscular edge of the gastric tube is treated with the same ligature some distance far from anastomosis line. Posterior wall of the gastric tube is attached to antimesenteric surface of the adducting intestinal loop. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; high accuracy in juxtaposing uniform layers the stomach and intestine. 2 dwg
