FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method includes standard therapy based on introduction of beclomethasone dipropionate. Anamnesis data: patient's age, sex, frequency of planned and urgent hospitalisations, ambulance (A) calls, frequency of visits to doctor, are additionally estimated. Achievement of control (CBA) is calculated by formula: CBA=24.434-0.0672748*age-1.72615*sex-0.87602*planned hospitalisations-0.414709*urgent hospitalisations-0.340425*visits to doctor-0.61832*A calls. Age is expressed in number of full years at the moment of examination, sex is determined as 0 - female, 1 - male, planned hospitalisations - number of planned hospitalisations for previous year, urgent hospitalisations - number of urgent hospitalisations for previous year, visits to doctor - number of outpatient visits to doctor for previous year, A calls - number of A brigade calls for previous year. If CBA equals or is higher than 20, no therapy correction is carried out. In case, if CBA is 19 and lower, 500 mcg per day of beclomethasone dipropionate are added to standard therapy.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to correct course of patients' treatment and achieve control over bronchial asthma in due time on the basis of anamnesis data.
