FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and can be used for prevention and treatment of menopausal disorders, namely to liquid and soft dosage forms of Sygethin preparation. The local and external pharmaceutical composition contains Sygethin, a target additive and a base. The target additive is hypooxidant, e.g. either succinic acid, or vitamins, or biogenic elements as physiologically acceptable compounds, or their physiologically acceptable mixtures. The composition represents a liquid dosage form that is suspension or emulsion, or s a soft dosage form including cream, ointment or gel, or as a formed soft dosage form being rectal or vaginal suppository or capsules.
EFFECT: composition can be recommended for prevention and treatment of menopausal disorders in women, especially of those urogenital and dermatotropic.
