SUBSTANCE: invention concerns chemical-pharmaceutical industry and medicine, namely pharmaceutical preparations applied in traumatic and postoperative injuries of peripheral nervous system, particularly liquid and soft formulations of Stephaglabrin. There is disclosed a preparation containing Stephaglabrin as an active substance in the form of physiologically comprehensible compound, e.g. Stephaglabrin sulphate, a desired additive and a base in ratio as follows (wt %): Stephaglabrin sulphate - 0.001-2.0; the desired additive - 0.000001-60.6; the base - the rest. The preparation represents a liquid, e.g. solution, or suspension or emulsion in the form of liniment; or a soft formulation, e.g. cream, ointment, or gel; or formed soft formulation: rectal suppositories or capsules.

EFFECT: preparation is characterised with high effectiveness and bioavailability when applied locally.
