FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical products and concerns a composition with lipid exchange management activity, containing i) 5 to 60 wt % phenofibrin acid, or its physiologically acceptable salt or C1-C6-alkyl ester of phenofibrin acid and optionally other active materials; ii) a binding component containing at least one enterosoluble binding agent; and optionally iii) other physiologically acceptable inert fillers. There are also disclosed preferential method of producing the composition and its unit dosage form.
EFFECT: disclosed compositions provide fourfold higher bioavailability of active material based on phenofibrin acid as compared to the common preparation.
