SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary and can be applied for treatment of dogs and cats from disease, caused by endo- and ectoparasites. Antiparasite medicine for cats and dogs treatment contains active substance in effective quantity and pharmacologically acceptable carrier, and as active substance it contains complex of avermectins, in which avermectin A₂ and avermectin B₂ constitute not less than 75 wt %_. In injection medicinal form medicine contains 0,1 - 0.5 wt % of avermectins complex in pharmacologically acceptable solvent. In medicinal form of suppositories for rectal applicartion medicine contains 0.5-20 mg of avermectins complex per suppository with weight 1.5 g. In medical form of syrup medicine contains 0.5-1.0 mg of avermectins complex in 1 ml of pharmacologically acceptable syrup. In medicinal form of pills medicine contains 0.2-2.0 mg of avermectins complex per pill with weight 150-300 mg.
