SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the filed of protection of animals and plants from parasites, in part, to avermectin-base preparations prepared by the way of microbiological synthesis. Preparation for protection of animals and plants comprises an active component and a solid carrier. Active component is avermectin's complex in the concentration 0.1-0.3% and solid carrier is perlite or zeolite, or depleted S. avermitilis mycelium. Depending on conditions of application preparations are prepared on the base of three avermectins with different content of individual avermectins. Effectiveness of preparation is 35%, not less and time of plants protection is 4 months, not less. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of protection. 2 tbl
