FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the microbiological synthesis and isolation of avermectins from biomass of actinomycete Streptomyces avermitilis used for antiparasiting preparations preparing. Method involves extraction of avermectins from biomass of S. avermitilis, purification of extract, separation of lipid fraction and isolation of the end product. Extraction of avermectins from biomass is carried out with a mixture consisting of water and low- and high-boiling solvents mixing with water in unlimited ratio.
