FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production of an antihypoxic agent from the herbal raw material. The antihypoxic agent made of the herbal raw material contains powdered nettle leaves and caulis nanodispersed to particle size 50-90 nm. The method for making the antihypoxic involves drying and milling the herbal raw material treated with grinding bodies. Nettle leaves and caulis are dried to residual humidity of 4-6 wt %, milled to size 50-90 nm in planetary-type, vibrating, vibratory centrifugal, roll-type ball mills with acceleration of grinding bodies, e.g. balls to 400 m/s2 in argon or nitrogen medium.
