FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to special machine building, namely to fire-resistant tanks and containers, in which it is possible to transport aggressive, toxic and radioactive substances by railway, automobile, aviation transport. Fire-resistant tank comprises external protective layers made in the form of S-shaped profiles from alloy with effect of shape memory. Profiles are lock-jointed to each other, tightly fixed on container and coated with polymer thermoplastic film. Phase transformation is specified for alloy, from which profiles have been made, at design temperature into flat shape.
EFFECT: in case of fire tank content is heated considerably less, which makes it possible to prevent explosions and to reduce further negative effect of transported freight at environment.
