FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to production of hydrogen, aluminium hydroxide and aluminium oxide from aluminium metal. Hydrogen is obtained from reacting aluminium with water. The aluminium is doped in molten state with bismuth or lead, taken in quantities of 0.1-3 wt %, and then dispersed.
EFFECT: more efficient reaction without extra external effect.
