FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field, particularly to steel composition, which can be used for manufacturing of products by method of cold forging. Steel contains carbon, silicon, manganese, cerium, yttrium, calcium, aluminium, titanium, boron, nickel, copper, praseodymium, germanium, lead and iron in a following ratio of components, wt %: carbon 0.05 - 0.15, silicon 0.05 - 0.15, manganese 0.1 -0.2, cerium 0.05 - 0.15, yttrium 0.05 - 0.15, calcium 0.005 - 0.01, aluminium 0.05 - 0.15, titanium 0.1 - 0.2, boron 0.03 - 0.05, nickel 0.1 - 0.2, copper 2.6 - 3.0, praseodymium 0.05 - 0.1, germanium 0.01 - 0.02, lead 0.1 - 0.2, iron is the rest.
EFFECT: increasing of steel plasticity.
