Steel contains carbon, silicon, manganese, aluminium, nickel, chrome, titanium, molybdenum, calcium, copper, zirconium, niobium, potassium, strontium, neodymium and iron at following components ratio, wt %: carbon 0.02-0.04, silicon 0.02-0.04, manganese 0.4-0.6, aluminium 0.3-0.4, nickel 25.0-30.0, chrome 6.0-7.0, titanium 0.1-0.2, molybdenum 3.0-4.0, calcium 0.005-0.01, zirconium 0.05-0.1, copper 2.6-3.0, niobium 0.2-0.4, potassium 0.0001-0.0002, strontium 0.001-0.002, neodymium 0.03-0.07, iron is the rest.

EFFECT: increasing of steel cold resisting property.
