SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of railway transport, namely to track elements for it, may be widely used in creation of new transport systems - both passenger and freight ones. Rail is suggested with two swinging surfaces located at an angle, in which head cross section is arranged as asymmetric. Internal part of rail head relative to open track in shape corresponds to standard rail. External part of rail head has inclined surface for swinging of auxiliary wheels, angle of inclination of which from vertical line makes at least 30 degrees. External part of rail head has additional plane at the bottom, which is installed at the angle of 92-93 degrees to inclined swinging surface. Maximum width of head exceeds maximum width of rail head with according dimension type.

EFFECT: possibility to build reliable and durable transport systems.
