FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is associated with development of a composition for fastening a bundle of solid fuel cells to the bottom of the chamber of the starting engine of antitank guided grenades PTURS method of dosing the calculated portion of the fixing compound by the coordinating manipulator of the displacement of the mixing-dosing machine. Fastening aggregate contains hydroxyl-containing polybutadiene rubber SKD-GTPA, 1,4-butanediol, trimethylolpropane, transformer oil, tin dibutyl tin dilaurate, zinc oxide composing mixture A, and hardener mixture B with an isocyanate content in the range of 11.0–15.0 % which is obtained by the interaction of hydroxyl-containing polybutadiene rubber SKD-GTPA with 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate in the presence of transformer oil. At the same time, the mixtures A and B are mixed with each other in a ratio of 2.1–3.67:1, respectively, before use.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing viscosity of the anchoring aggregate and the viability of the process and to shorten the curing time of the aggregate.
