FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to vacuum heat-labile material drying device, and can be used in food, pharmaceutical, medical and chemical industries. Vacuum heat-labile material drying device consists of a housing, a working chamber with flanges located therein, a door for loading/unloading trays with the product, a desublimator, heating device, vacuum treatment system, and cold supply system. In addition, the above device consists of water vapours condenser with horizontally located finned tubes, which is installed vertically in central part of working chamber, and desublimator's tubes are located horizontally, trays and heating device that represents a system of flat shielded electric heaters are located in turn in slots of removable metal support structure installed on the working surface of weighs, an additional door located on the opposite side from the available one, and a vacuum pump.
EFFECT: simplifying the design and reducing operating costs and energy consumption by using low-temperature desublimator for pre-freezing the materials being dried.
