FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying equipment and can be used for drying products of vegetal and animal origin. Plant includes a sublimation chamber, trolleys, trays, a heater. Sublimation apparatus comprises two independently operating sublimation chambers separated by heat insulating partition, each has two walls on five sides with distance between walls δ for circulation of closed heating system. System is made as steam jacket and equipped with independent supply of steam. Each sublimation chamber has trolley with trays, heat insulation tightly closing doors and separate vacuum wires. Both sublimation chambers are coated with heat-insulating material. In lower part of each sublimation chamber there is tap for condensate discharge.

EFFECT: invention usage will allow continuous operation with reduction of specific energy consumption.
