FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to energotechnological process for obtaining products, based on receiving and converting energy at different stages of the energotechnological process and can be used for saving energy in these processes. The method involves the following. The whole energotechnological process is divided into stages; energy measuring devices are fitted and energy in each stage is measured or calculated; energy consumption of stages in the initial version of carrying out the energotechnological process is determined; energy saving measures are outlined, which can be regulation of parametres, change of modes, replacement of elements, other technical, technological, production, organisation measures, aimed at increasing efficiency of the given stage of the energotechnological process; energy consumption of stages with introduction of the outlined energy saving measures is determined; the efficiency factor of the energy saving measures is calculated; the energotechnological process is carried out using energy saving measures on each stage, such that its overall efficiency factor assumes the maximum value.
EFFECT: provision for energy saving based on optimising energy saving measures in all the stages of the energotechnological process.
